Appointments are available for day and evening hours during the week.
Insurance:
Fees are competitive for New York City and are insurance reimbursable.
Many health insurance policies have what is called an “out-of-network-benefit”.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Some will reduce the cost of therapy by covering between 50% to 80% of the therapy fee.
When you check your coverage please ask the following:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Payment:
It is the client’s responsibility to pay for each session on the day of the appointment. A receipt will be provided at the end of each session to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cash or check is expected at the time of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, as it is standard with psychotherapy, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment
as booked.
